ORDER:
Upon approval of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act 2014 by the President of India, the Government of India has notified the appointed date for the formation of the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh as June 02, 2014.
2. The Section 59 of the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 envisages that the ‘liability of the existing State of Andhra Pradesh in respect of pension rolls granted before the appointed day and drawn in any area outside the territories of the existing shall pass to, or be apportioned between, the successor States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in accordance with the provisions contained in the Eighth Schedule to the Act’.
3. In the reference second cited, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued certain instructions to all the departments of the Secretariat and the head of all departments to ensure that the proposals for grant of pension to all employees who have either retired from service or will be retiring from the service on or before June 01, 2014, are sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E) of Andhra Pradesh latest by May 10, 2014. Further, even in the case of employees against whom disciplinary action is pending, the pension proposals shall be forwarded to the AG, duly mentioning the details. The head of the concerned office and the department will be held responsible for any laxity on this matter
4. In continuation of the above orders, the following instructions shall be followed while disbursing the Pension to the Service Pensioners / Family Pensioners and other pensioners who have retired before appointed day i.e., 02.06.2014 and after the appointed day.

Kerala Plus One Single Window Admissions 2014-2015

Plus One Single Window Admissions 2014-2015. Kerala +1 (Plus One) Single Window Admissions 2014-2015. Kerala HSC Single Window Admissions 2014 Prospectus Online Apply

Kerala state government has decided to implement single window system for Plus One (+!) Admissions for this academic year 2014-2015. Candidates need to download the single window admissions prospectus from the official website and need to apply online for the admissions. The online apply process has been started from 26th May 2014. Candidates need to visit the official website http://hscap.kerala.gov.in/ to apply for admissions. Last Date for Submission of Application is 12th June 2014
Candidates need to pay a fee of Rs25 towards the registration. Applications will be accepted in offline mode also. Application forms are available in all Government and Aided schools across Kerala.
Trial allotment results will be published on 23rd June 2014. 1st allotment will be published on the 30th June 2014 and classes will begin from the 14th July 2014.

2. From the Director, SCERT, Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.123/N1-3/2013 dated: 17.04.2014

ORDER:-
1.In the reference 1st read above, Govt have issued Rules relating to admission of candidates into Elementary Teacher Training Institutes/District Institutes of Education and Training (DIET) through Common Entrance Test, Rules , 2013 from the academic year 2013-14 onwards.

2.In the reference 2nd read above, the Director, SCERT, A.P. Hyderabad has proposed to issue certain amendments to G.O. Ms. No. 63, Education (PE.Prog.II) Dept dated 28.10.2013, keeping in view of
the problems/ experiences faced in the recent admission counseling i.e. on the eligibility criteria for appearing DEECET / admission into D.El.Ed course and as per the observations made by the Hon’ble High Court in WP.No.1802/2014 and 3135/2014 dated 30.03.2014 that both for the Convener’s quota stream as well as the Management quota stream.

3.The Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Director, SCERT, A.P. Hyderabad, have decided to issue following notification in the matter.

4.Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

The Category B seats shall be 20% of the total sanctioned intake of seats in D.El.Ed course in respect of un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Elementary Teacher Training Institutions, which shall be open to all the eligible candidates who satisfied the eligibility criteria for admission i.e. the candidates should have passed Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Examination) or its’ equivalent and they should secure minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate.

As the government is forming on the 8th June, AP Day will be observed every year on 8.06.2014. Governors rule will be ended on this day in andhra pradesh. Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu will be the 1st Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh State (After Bifurcation). Mr.Kirna Kumar Reddy was the last chief minister for the unified state.

A.P. Open School Society was established as an autonomous society registered under the Andhra Pradesh Public Societies Act on 20th of February 1991 and inaugurated on 17th of March 1991, vide G.O. Ms. No.50 Edn. (SSE-2) Department, dt: 08.02.1991. It is the first State Open School in the country. The main objectives of APOSS, at the time of its inception have been To provide pre-elementary Education through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode to School drop-outs and those missing Upper Primary stage of education and to attain Universalize of Elementary Education (UEE) in the State
To provide continuing education for adult neo-literates, working men and women to reinforce their functional literacy and not to allow them to relapse into illiteracy.

On Open and Distance Learning (ODL) the model of National Open School (NOS) was studied carefully and adapted to meet the needs of the learners of Andhra Pradesh. Initially, it was started in five districts viz., (1) Nellore, (2) Chittoor, (3) Nizamabad, (4) Medak and (5) Visakhapatnam. In the Second phase, during 1994-95, it was extended to another nine districts viz., (1) Srikakulam, (2) Vizianagaram, (3) Prakasam, (4) Ananthapur, (5) Kurnool, (6) Cuddapah, (7) Mahaboobnagar, (8) Warangal and (9) Ranga Reddy. In the third phase, during 1996-97, it was further extended to the remaining nine districts of the state viz., (1) Krishna, (2) Guntur, (3) Khammam, (4) Nalgonda, (5) Adilabad, (6) Karimnagar, (7) Hyderabad, (8) West Godavari and (9) East Godavari

Secretariat Departments and Heads of Departments for residuary State of Andhra Pradesh for
preferring claims through Pay and Accounts Offices and collection of receipts from the

2.  From the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad Lr.No.N1/3180/2014 Dt.06-05-2014
ORDER
In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued detailed operational guidelines and preparatory activities to be completed for establishment of Government of Telangana and Government of Andhra Pradesh on the appointed day, i.e. on June 2, 2014 and also directed to make necessary steps to run all existing I.T. applications of all Departments for both the States independently.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts has stated that the existing DDO codes of all Secretariat Departments and Heads of the Departments including the District Offices and Regional Offices located in Hyderabad District can be used by the DDOs of Telangana State from the appointed day i.e., 02-06-2014 and informed that new DDO codes have to be created to the DDOs of all Secretariat Departments and Heads of the Departments located in Hyderabad for residuary State of Andhra Pradesh, to facilitate them to prefer claims through Pay and Accounts Offices of respective States and remittance of receipts for the DDOs of both the States duly enclosing the list of DDO codes created for the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh.

3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby, order that the existing Drawing and Disbursing Officer Codes of all Secretariat Departments, Heads of Departments, the District Offices and Regional Offices located in Hyderabad shall be used by respective Departments of Telangana State and the new Drawing and Disbursing Officers Codes created by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad (starting with the series“27”) shall be adopted by the DDOs of residuary Andhra Pradesh State from the appointed day i.e., 02-06-2014. The DDO codes allotted to each of office of Andhra Pradesh State is shown in the annexure enclosed. All transactions pertaining to their Offices should be booked under these newly created DDO codes only from the appointed day onwards i.e., 02-06-2014.

4. All the Heads of Departments and Secretariat Departmentsare requested to issue suitable instructions to their subordinate Offices under their control to follow the newly created D.D.O. Codes.

Subject: Child Care Leave (CCL) in respect of Central Government Employees as a result of Sixth Central Pay Commission recommendations — Clarification — regarding.
Office Memorandum.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's O.M. No.13018/2/2008-Estt.(L) dated 11/09/2008 regarding introduction of Child Care Leave(CCL) in respect of Central Government employees. Subsequently, clarifications have been issued vide OMs dated 29.9.2008, 18.11.2008, 02.12.2008 and dated 07.09.2010. Child Care Leave at present is allowed for a minimum period of 15 days. References have been received from various quarters seeking a review of this stipulation.
2. The matter has been considered in consultation with Department of Expenditure, and it has been decided to remove the requirement of minimum period of 15 days' CCL. There is no change as regards other conditions of this leave
3. These orders take effect from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum

AP State Government will be issuing NTR Health Cards for cashless treatment at the network hospitals which spread across Andhra Pradesh state. New Government is formed in the Andhra Pradesh after Assembly Elections 2014. Telugu Desam Party has won majority seats and forming government on the 8th of June 2014. Earlier the Telugu Desam Party has promised to introduce NTR Health Cards for cashless treatment in network hospitals for all including Employees and Pensioners.

Rajiv Aarogya Sri was established by the congress government in 2004, and ever since, people who are on BPL (Below Poverty Line) and contain White Ration Cards getting free medical treatment in the referral hospitals established across all major towns/cities in Andhra Pradesh. Telugu Desam Party is going to add few more deceases and is likely to pay Rs2,50,000 under NTR Health Cards program.

AP State Govt Employees Retirement Age will be enhanced from 58 years to 60 years. AP State Govt employees retirement age is 58 years as on now. But the Telugu Desam Party in their assembly elections manifesto said that, they will enhance the government employees retirement age to 60 years if they come to power. The TDP has won majority of seats in the recently concluded assembly elections and came into power.

Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu has signed the Employees retirement age enhancement file during his sworn in function today that is on 8th June 2014. It is expected that G.O (Government Order) regarding this matter will soon be released by the finance/general administration department, govt of Andhra Pradesh.
